Most people enter pregnancy with a certain sense of foreboding, either from ingrained stereotypes about birth from media, or horror stories shared by friends and family, but I want to tell everyone that this does not have to be the case!
Hypnobirthing and yoga are not as radical or hippie as you might think! My classes are friendly, sociable and a lot of fun! Friendship and community are at the heart of everything I do; connections made in ante-natal classes can last a lifetime.
pre-natal yoga: Gentle movement focused on the evolving changes in pregnancy, supporting you from 14 weeks through to birth. No need for any previous yoga experience or flexibility!
hypnobirthing classes: Combining practical and informative knowledge and understanding of how birth works, with the importance of relaxation and a toolkit to use in labour to thoroughly prepare you for your birth. Regardless of whether this is your first or subsequent birth, how or where you intend to give birth, hypnobirthing will leave you excited and prepared for the big day.
'bring-your-baby' post-natal yoga classes: yoga classes to support you through your post-natal recovery with strength building, core and pelvic floor work as well as relaxation.
