keeping you safe
banbury brackley hypnobirthing yoga

I will continue to follow these precautions after the relaxation of the covid rules to maintain safety in my classes.

Keeping you safe in my classes and courses is my number one priority; I have worked with each of the venues that I teach at to create a safe environment whilst also maintaining the relaxed and friendly atmosphere that my classes are known for.

Covid Safety Measures in Place:

  • For the foreseeable future I will be self-testing twice a week at home using lateral flow testing kits provided by the government

  • I have carried out a risk assessment at each venue, and put procedures in place to maintain safety - details are available on request

  • Regular disinfecting of studio and class touch points

  • Social distancing measures in place - 2m spacing of mats, 2m spacing in hypnobirthing classrooms - strict limit on numbers as a result

  • Requirement to wear a mask when moving around the studio (can be removed when seated or on mats)

  • Hand sanitiser provided on entry

  • All details recorded for track and trace

  • Regular ventilation of studios and classrooms

  • No sharing of equipment

  • Students to provide their own mats

  • No hands on adjustments

  • If you are displaying any of the symptoms of covid please do not attend class; self-isolate and obtain a test as soon as possible

  • Please arrive on time so that we may start classes promptly and finish on time to allow time to clean the studio down for the next class

I appreciate that for some, a return to the studio may not feel appropriate for you and you may prefer to continue with online classes. Therefore I will be offering to livestream classes from the studio whilst teaching face to face. This option will be in place for as long as it is wanted. I am not intending to continue to offer hypnobirthing online, unless we return to a lockdown situation, these classes are too lengthy and interactive to make it appropriate to offer online in tandem with face to face.
